Five of us met and whetted out details of the event and made some important decisions - especially with regards to the list of schools, event list, and cost estimates. The final list can be viewed HERE. (Note that there are multiple tabs in the file).

- Adyar corporation school has agreed to participate and send in teams
20th Dec updates
- Date of event: 28th Jan, 2012
- SRMC ground booked, discussions for concession to be held first week of Jan. Thanks Krupa!
- Aalappakkam Girls school and Aalappakkam co-ed High school have agreed to send teams for the event. Pondichery Corp School, SV home for girls (Poonamallee), Adyar corp schools yet to cofirm.
